JAM Camp
JAM Camp (formerly Ultimate Training Camp) is a trademark of Athletes in Action (AIA), a ministry of Cru®.

It's a week-long camp called "JAM" — Jesus, Athletics, Manhood — where we'll develop young leaders for Christ.

These are carefully selected, motivated students who excel at sports — and have the potential to become positive leaders and influence their schools and communities.

So we're here at the Athletes In Action Ultimate Training Camp in a joint partnership with Cru Inner-city.  This is the first ever, urban, high school, ultimate training camp.

I'm a totally different man.  When I came here, I was just said same old guy it was just you know hard-headed you know didn't have as much respect for myself or others.

so at the ultimate training camp it's the gospel applied to sport spoken in the language of sport and experience in sport. What that means is we talk about five principles that really encapsulate what it looks like to be a disciple of Jesus Christ in everyday life but also specifically on the field and then the court.

I actually learned a lot and there was a whole bunch of verses that I don't even know about the velvet that I know now and my favorite verse was John 14 verse 6 jesus said I'm the way the truth and the life no one can come to the Father except through me.

Already we've seen so many students come to Christ so many rededicate their lives to Christ and so many who are about to go to college say that this camp is helping them understand how to be a better follower of price as well as a better athlete and so we're excited to see what God is going to do based on what he's already shown as he's doing.

I Release You

"I Release You..."

I'm sure I heard that or read it somewhere, but it has become a very powerful phrase in my life, especially when it comes to living a joyous life.
